provided are a device and a method for eliminating a stray light of a fresnel lens and an optical apparatus. the device for eliminating a stray light of a fresnel lens includes: at least one fresnel lens body, wherein each fresnel lens body has a flat surface and a concave-convex surface that are arranged oppositely, the concave-convex surface is provided with a plurality of optical parts, and each of the optical parts is provided with an optically working surface and an optically invalid surface; and at least one electro-barrier provided with a plurality of pixels arranged in an array, wherein the plurality of pixels are controllable to be turned on or off by an electrical signal to form a blocking region, and the blocking region is configured to block the optically invalid surface.
