Embodiments of this application provide an image processing method and apparatus. The method includes: obtaining a first YUV image; obtaining a YUV mapping relationship, where the YUV mapping relationship indicates a location mapping relationship between a pixel in an initial YUV image and each pixel in a target YUV image, and the target YUV image is an image obtained by undistorting the initial YUV image; and obtaining a second YUV image based on the YUV mapping relationship and the first YUV image. According to the image processing method provided in embodiments of this application, time for an undistortion process can be reduced.
