A wireless device receive one or more radio resource control (RRC) messages comprising one or more configuration parameters for a cell. The one or more configuration parameters indicate a sounding reference signal (SRS) resource indicator (SRI) for a configured uplink grant. The SRI indicates an SRS resource in an SRS resource set. The one or more configuration parameters comprise a parameter that enables using default transmission parameters for SRS transmissions. The one or more configuration parameters indicate no pathloss reference signal for physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions. In response to the one or more configuration parameters comprising the parameter and no pathloss reference signal for the PUSCH transmissions, the wireless device transmits, with a transmission power determined based on a pathloss reference signal associated with the SRS resource set, a PUSCH transmission of the configured uplink grant.
