The plate includes a plurality of vents formed therethrough. The valve assembly further includes a valve element that is operably coupled to the first end of the body, a sealing element that is disposed between a portion of the valve element and the body, a retainer, and a biasing element. The body is a unitary component formed of a metal material. The retainer is centrally disposed in the body and is configured to connect the valve element with the body.
