A display substrate including a pixel definition layer on a base substrate, the pixel definition layer having a pixel opening, the pixel opening exposing at least a portion of a surface of a first electrode, and at least a portion of a second electrode covering the pixel opening; the pixel definition layer includes a second side surface away from the first electrode, the second side surface at least includes a protrusion structure, the protrusion structure at least includes a protrusion structure top surface; the protrusion structure top surface is an arc surface, and along a light emitting direction of the light emitting functional layer, a surface of the arc surface away from the base substrate is between a surface of the first electrode away from the base substrate and a surface of the first electrode close to the base substrate.
