Embodiments of the present application provide a battery cell, a battery, and a power consumption device. The battery cell includes a housing; a cover plate, including a cover plate body part and a first edge part, where the housing and the first edge part are connected in a sealing manner and form a crimping structure turned outwards; and a reinforcing member, disposed on a side of the cover plate body part away from an inner portion of the battery cell, at least part of the reinforcing member being located between an inner side of the crimping structure and the cover plate body part.
