The method determines a plurality of configurations, wherein the plurality of configurations correspond to a single primary cell configuration. The method generates a first conditional handover configuration based on one of the plurality of configurations. The method generates one or more other conditional handover configurations as deltas with regards to the first conditional handover configuration, wherein the first conditional handover configuration and the one or more other conditional handover configurations comprise the plurality of configurations.
