PRINTING APPARATUS AND INK CIRCULATION METHOD - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18624016 titled 'PRINTING APPARATUS AND INK CIRCULATION METHOD

Simplified Explanation: The patent application aims to optimize the time of ink circulation in a printing system by regularly circulating ink for agitation without reducing the production capacity of printed objects. This is achieved by correcting the circulation time in the next circulation operation when an ink discharge operation is performed between circulation operations.

  • The innovation involves a configuration that ensures regular ink circulation for agitation without compromising production capacity.
  • Ink circulation time is adjusted in the next operation if an ink discharge operation occurs between circulation cycles.
  • The technology aims to maintain optimal ink flow and agitation for high-quality printing results.

Potential Applications: 1. Printing industry for commercial and industrial printing processes. 2. Graphic design and art studios for high-quality printing projects. 3. Packaging industry for precise and efficient printing on packaging materials.

Problems Solved: 1. Ensures consistent ink circulation for optimal printing quality. 2. Prevents disruptions in ink flow due to discharge operations. 3. Maintains production efficiency without sacrificing print quality.

Benefits: 1. Improved print quality and consistency. 2. Enhanced production efficiency. 3. Reduced downtime for ink circulation adjustments.

Commercial Applications: Optimizing Ink Circulation for High-Quality Printing in the Printing Industry

Prior Art: Further research can be conducted in the field of ink circulation systems in printing technology to explore prior art related to optimizing ink flow and agitation.

Frequently Updated Research: Stay updated on advancements in ink circulation systems and printing technology to enhance printing quality and efficiency.

Questions about Ink Circulation Optimization: 1. How does the technology ensure consistent ink flow during printing operations? 2. What are the potential cost-saving benefits of optimizing ink circulation in printing processes?

Original Abstract Submitted

An object is to optimize the time of ink circulation by a configuration that regularly circulates an ink for agitation without decreasing the capacity of production of printed objects. To achieve this, in a case where an ink discharge operation of discharging an ink from an ejection port is performed between the last circulation operation and the next circulation operation, the circulation time in the next circulation operation is corrected.
