Based on a mass of the first layer, a mass percent of the inorganic particles is greater than or equal to 50%. The second layer includes a positive active material. A thickness of the first layer is dμm. An area of orthographic projection of the first layer is Smm, an area of orthographic projection of the second layer is Smm, satisfying: d/S≥2×10, and d/S≥2.5×10. The first layer is in contact with the packaging shell.
