ELECTRONIC KEYBOARD INSTRUMENT - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18607868 titled 'ELECTRONIC KEYBOARD INSTRUMENT

The abstract describes an electronic keyboard instrument with a sound emitting hole in the main body case, a keyboard inside the case, a sound emitting unit on the lower side of the case, and a plate-shaped unit on the upper side of the sound emitting unit with a cutout corresponding to the sound emitting hole.

  • The main body case includes a sound emitting hole on the lower side.
  • A keyboard is provided inside the main body case.
  • A sound emitting unit is positioned on the lower side of the main body case, directing sound towards the keyboard.
  • A plate-shaped unit on the upper side of the sound emitting unit includes a cutout corresponding to the sound emitting hole.
  • A communication path inside the main body case allows sound emitted by the sound emitting unit to be emitted from the upper side of the keyboard towards the outside through the cutout in the plate-shaped unit.

Potential Applications: - Musical performances - Recording studios - Music production

Problems Solved: - Enhanced sound projection - Improved sound quality - Efficient sound emission

Benefits: - Clear and powerful sound output - Enhanced user experience - Versatile applications in music industry

Commercial Applications: Title: Innovative Electronic Keyboard Instrument for Enhanced Sound Projection This technology can be used in concert halls, recording studios, music production facilities, and live performances to improve sound quality and projection.

Questions about Electronic Keyboard Instrument: 1. How does the placement of the sound emitting unit affect the overall sound quality of the instrument? The sound emitting unit's strategic positioning enhances sound projection towards the keyboard, resulting in improved sound quality and clarity.

2. What are the potential advantages of having a communication path inside the main body case for sound emission? The communication path allows for efficient sound transmission from the sound emitting unit to the outside, ensuring clear and powerful sound output.

Original Abstract Submitted

An electronic keyboard instrument includes a main body case configured to include a sound emitting hole in a lower side, a keyboard provided inside the main body case, a sound emitting unit disposed on the lower side of the main body case in such a manner that a sound emitting port corresponding to the sound emitting hole is directed towards the keyboard, and a plate-shaped unit provided on an upper side of the sound emitting unit and configured to include a cutout formed in a portion corresponding to the sound emitting hole, and a communication path is provided inside the main body case, the communication path being configured to enable a sound emitted by the sound emitting unit to be emitted from an upper side of the keyboard towards an outside by way of the cutout in the plate-shaped unit.
