LIQUID CONTAINER - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18607302 titled 'LIQUID CONTAINER

The liquid container described in the patent application aims to prevent foreign substances from entering a liquid ejection apparatus with a simple design.

  • The liquid container includes a bag body to hold the liquid and a flow path to supply the liquid to the ejection apparatus.
  • Inside the flow path, there are capturing units arranged in different directions to prevent the entry of foreign substances.
  • The first capturing unit extends in an anti-gravitational direction, while the second capturing unit extends in a gravitational direction.

Potential Applications: - This technology can be used in inkjet printers to ensure the purity of the ink being ejected. - It can also be applied in medical devices for precise liquid dispensing without contamination.

Problems Solved: - Prevents foreign substances from contaminating the liquid in the container. - Ensures the smooth operation of liquid ejection apparatus without clogging.

Benefits: - Maintains the quality and purity of the liquid being ejected. - Enhances the reliability and longevity of the liquid ejection apparatus.

Commercial Applications: Liquid container technology can be utilized in various industries such as printing, healthcare, and manufacturing for precise liquid handling processes.

Questions about the technology: 1. How does the capturing unit prevent foreign substances from entering the flow path?

  - The capturing units are strategically placed to block any foreign particles from flowing into the liquid path.

2. What are the key advantages of using this liquid container in industrial applications?

  - The liquid container ensures the integrity of the liquid being dispensed, leading to improved efficiency and accuracy in various processes.

Original Abstract Submitted

The object is to provide a liquid container that can prevent foreign substances from flowing into a liquid ejection apparatus with a simple configuration. The liquid container for containing liquid to be ejected by a liquid ejection apparatus, the liquid container includes a bag body configured to contain the liquid inside and a flow path for supplying the liquid contained inside the bag body to the liquid ejection apparatus, wherein, a first capturing unit extending in an anti-gravitational direction or a second capturing unit extending in a gravitational direction is arranged inside a peripheral wall of the flow path.
