Provided are an end cap assembly, a battery cell, a battery and a power consuming device. The end cap assembly includes: an end cap provided with a positive electrode terminal, an insulating member being provided between the positive electrode terminal and the end cap; and a fuse structure, the fuse structure electrically connecting the end cap to the positive electrode terminal. The fuse structure is configured to be capable of melting when a current flowing through the fuse structure is greater than a predetermined threshold. With the technical solution of the present application, the performance of the battery can be improved.
