ELECTRIC POWER CHARGE AND DISCHARGE SYSTEM - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18596899 titled 'ELECTRIC POWER CHARGE AND DISCHARGE SYSTEM

Simplified Explanation: The patent application describes an electric power charge and discharge system for an electronic device with a battery, allowing the device to operate for an extended period. In a wireless communication device, one battery is charged using a fixed power supply, while the other is charged using electromagnetic waves from the external environment. The two batteries are alternately discharged and charged to ensure continuous power supply.

  • The system enables the electronic device to operate for a long time without running out of power.
  • One battery is charged using a fixed power supply, while the other is charged wirelessly using electromagnetic waves.
  • The batteries are discharged and charged alternately to maintain continuous power supply.

Potential Applications: This technology can be applied in various electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops to extend their battery life and improve user experience. It can also be used in IoT devices, wearables, and other portable gadgets that require long-lasting power supply.

Problems Solved: 1. Addressing the issue of limited battery life in electronic devices. 2. Providing a more efficient and convenient way to charge batteries wirelessly. 3. Ensuring continuous power supply for uninterrupted device operation.

Benefits: 1. Extended battery life for electronic devices. 2. Convenient wireless charging capability. 3. Improved user experience with continuous power supply.

Commercial Applications: This technology has significant commercial potential in the consumer electronics market, particularly in the development of smartphones, tablets, and other portable devices. It can also be integrated into IoT devices and wearables to enhance their battery life and performance.

Questions about the Technology: 1. How does the system ensure continuous power supply for the electronic device? 2. What are the advantages of charging one battery wirelessly and the other using a fixed power supply?

Original Abstract Submitted

An electric power charge and discharge system for an electronic device having a battery, by which the electronic device can be used for a long period of time. In a wireless communication device including a wireless driving portion including a first battery and a wireless charging portion including a second battery, the first battery is charged by electric power from a fixed power supply and the second battery is charged by using electromagnetic waves existing in an external space. Further, the first battery and the second battery are discharged alternately, and during a period in which the first battery is discharged, the second battery is charged.
