In the first charging and discharging parking space, the first charging and discharging connection member is attached to the end of the first charging and discharging cable extending from the ceiling of the first level section, and in the second charging and discharging parking space, the second charging and discharging connection member is attached to the end of the second charging and discharging cable extending from the floor of the second level section.
