A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels, each of the plurality of pixels including a first color sub-pixel, a second color sub-pixel and a third color sub-pixel, and a panel driver configured to drive the display panel based on input image data. The panel driver stores a gamma curve characteristic to which a color crosstalk offset of the display panel is applied, detects mixed color pixels among the plurality of pixels by analyzing the input image data, determines a compensation coefficient for each of the mixed color pixels based on the input image data for each of the mixed color pixels, and compensates a luminance of each of the mixed color pixels based on the color crosstalk offset and the compensation coefficient.
