CLEANER STATION AND CLEANER SYSTEM - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18571603 titled 'CLEANER STATION AND CLEANER SYSTEM

The present disclosure pertains to a cleaner station with a unique door unit that includes a scraper to improve the cleaning process.

  • The door unit is hingedly coupled to a coupling surface and can open or close a dust passage hole in the surface.
  • A flow path part in a flow path tube connects the dust bin of the cleaner to a dust collecting part.
  • The scraper, attached to the door, contacts the flow path tube when the door blocks the dust passage hole, wiping away foreign substances in the flow path.
  • This action helps remove dirt left in the dust bin, at the periphery of the coupling part, or in the flow path.

Potential Applications: - Household vacuum cleaners - Industrial cleaning equipment - Public cleaning stations

Problems Solved: - Enhanced cleaning efficiency - Reduction of dirt buildup in the dust bin - Improved maintenance of cleaning equipment

Benefits: - Cleaner living or working environments - Extended lifespan of cleaning equipment - Reduced manual cleaning efforts

Commercial Applications: Title: Innovative Cleaner Station Technology for Enhanced Cleaning Efficiency This technology can be utilized in various commercial settings such as cleaning services, janitorial companies, and facility management companies to improve cleaning processes and maintain cleaner spaces efficiently.

Questions about the technology: 1. How does the scraper in the door unit improve the cleaning process?

The scraper in the door unit helps remove dirt and foreign substances in the flow path, enhancing the overall cleaning efficiency.

2. What are the potential long-term benefits of using this innovative cleaner station technology?

The long-term benefits include cleaner living or working environments, extended equipment lifespan, and reduced manual cleaning efforts.

Original Abstract Submitted

The present disclosure relates to a cleaner station, the cleaner station including a door unit including a door hingedly coupled to a coupling surface and configured to open or close a dust passage hole formed in the coupling surface, and a flow path part provided in a flow path tube and configured to connect a dust bin of the cleaner and a dust collecting part, in which the door unit includes a scraper coupled to the door and configured to come into contact with at least a part of the flow path tube when the door blocks the dust passage hole, and the scraper wipes away foreign substances in a flow path when the door rotates, thereby removing dirt remaining in the dust bin, remaining at the periphery of a coupling part, or remaining in the flow path.
