Original Abstract Submitted

Provided are a method for determining a space association relationship between users, a base station, and a storage medium. The method includes the following: An energy value of an energy projection of a downlink scheduling service of each UE of multiple user equipments (UEs) on each preset beam of multiple preset beams is acquired; a preset beam corresponding to an energy value meeting a preset beam home condition among all energy values of an energy projection of the downlink scheduling service of each UE on all preset beams is used as a home beam of each UE; a space association relationship between the two UEs is determined according to home beams and preset beam space correlation data of two UEs in the multiple UEs. The preset beam space correlation data includes a space correlation relationship value between every two preset beams in the multiple preset beams.
