A fuel cell power-source management device and a fuel cell power-source management method capable of utilizing recovered boil-off gas for a more appropriate use. The fuel cell power-source management device manages a fuel cell power-source having a liquid hydrogen tank and a recovery device for boil-off gas generated in the liquid hydrogen tank, and includes: a use information acquisition unit that acquires boil-off gas use information including information on profit to be obtained when boil-off gas is used for each use of a plurality of uses of the boil-off gas recovered by the recovery device; and a priority determination unit that determines priority of the uses of the boil-off gas recovered by the recovery device based on the boil-off gas use information.
