An electronic device includes: a circuit board including a holder disposing surface and a connector disposing surface; a holder that holds capacitors; and a connector cover that is assembled on the holder and is disposed at a first end of the circuit board. The connector cover includes a holder engaging portion, which is disposed on the holder disposing surface of the circuit board and engages the holder, and temporary fixing portions disposed on the connector disposing surface of the circuit board. The holder includes a first frame that is disposed on the holder disposing surface of the circuit board and temporary locking portions that extend from the first frame and are disposed at a second end on an opposite side to the first end of the circuit board, wherein the temporary locking portions include temporary holding plates disposed on the connector disposing surface of the circuit board.
