The light-emitting device includes a first electrode, a second electrode facing the first electrode, and an interlayer between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the interlayer includes an emission layer and an electron transport region, wherein the electron transport region is between the emission layer and the second electrode, and the emission layer includes a first emitter, and the electron transport region includes a heterocyclic compound. The descriptions of the first emitter and the heterocyclic compound are the same as described in the present specification.
