A method performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving information about (i) a channel state information (CSI) report associated with N≥1 CSI reference signal (CSI-RS) resources and (ii) N≥1 values of (L, . . . , L). Each of the Nvalues of (L, . . . , L) belongs to a table including N, (L, . . . , L), and an associated index and (L, . . . , L) is a tuple of numbers of spatial-domain (SD) basis vectors Lassociated with CSI-RS resource r=1, . . . , N. The method further includes determining the CSI report based on the information and transmitting the determined CSI report.
