The panel circuit includes: a plurality of data lines configured to supply the data signal to the pixels; a plurality of gate lines configured to supply the gate signal to the pixels; a high potential voltage line configured to supply a high potential voltage to the pixels; and a reference voltage line configured to supply a reference voltage to the pixels, and the high potential voltage line and the reference voltage line are between a first emission area and a second emission area of each of a plurality of sub pixels included in at least a first pixel of the plurality of pixels.
