COMMUNICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS - A simplified explanation of the abstract
This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18487615 titled 'COMMUNICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS
Simplified Explanation
This application describes a communication method and apparatus in the field of communication technologies. An Access Point (AP) generates a trigger frame with specific user information fields and frequency domain resource allocations before and after the user information fields are located on primary and secondary 160 MHz channels. The AP then sends the trigger frame.
- AP generates trigger frame with specific user information fields and resource allocations.
- Trigger frame is sent before and after user information fields are located on primary and secondary 160 MHz channels.
- Potential Applications
- Wireless communication systems
- Internet of Things (IoT) devices
- Smart home devices
- Problems Solved
- Efficient use of frequency domain resources
- Seamless communication handover between primary and secondary channels
- Benefits
- Improved communication reliability
- Enhanced network performance
- Optimal resource allocation for multiple users
Original Abstract Submitted
This application provides a communication method and apparatus, and relates to the field of communication technologies. An AP generates a trigger frame, where the trigger frame includes a first user information field, a part or all of a frequency domain resource indicated by a resource unit allocation subfield in a fourth user information field before the first user information field is located on a primary 160 MHz channel, and a part or all of a frequency domain resource indicated by a resource unit allocation subfield in a fourth user information field after the first user information field is located on a secondary 160 MHz channel. Then, the AP sends the trigger frame.
