In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine a set of parameters for generating a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARD)-acknowledgement (ACK) codebook associated with a particular downlink control information (DCI) format of a plurality of DCI formats, wherein the particular DCI format is associated with a particular priority of a plurality of priorities; and generate the HARQ-ACK codebook based at least in part on the set of parameters.
