Questions about Display Device Technology: 1. How does the display device track the user's gaze region? 2. What are the potential commercial applications of this technology?

1. **A relevant generic question not answered by the article, with a detailed answer:** How does the filtering of residual data improve the quality of the generated images? The filtering of residual data helps to enhance the details and clarity of the final image by applying desired weights to the data, resulting in a more refined and visually appealing output.

2. **Another relevant generic question, with a detailed answer:** What are the advantages of generating images based on the user's gaze region? Generating images based on the user's gaze region allows for a more personalized and interactive experience, as the content displayed is tailored to the user's specific interests and focus, leading to increased engagement and user satisfaction.

Original Abstract Submitted

According to at least one example embodiment, a display device includes at least one sensor, and processing circuitry, wherein the processing circuitry may be configured to generate a first image based on a gaze region of a user tracked using the at least one sensor, generate a second image based on a desired section of a background image, the desired section corresponding to the user's gaze region on the background image, obtain residual data from the first image and the second image, the obtaining the residual data including subtracting pixel values of the first image from pixel values of the second image, and generate a third image based on the residual data, the generating the third image including performing filtering of the residual data by applying at least one desired weight to the residual data.
