DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18454609 titled 'DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

Simplified Explanation

The display panel described in the patent application includes a unique conductive pattern that enhances the performance of the light emitting element. Here are some key points to explain the innovation:

  • The conductive pattern consists of multiple layers, including a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, a blocking layer, and an intermediate layer.
  • The second conductive layer is made of a material different from the first material used in the first conductive layer.
  • The blocking layer, situated between the first and second conductive layers, is made of a third material different from the first material.
  • The intermediate layer, which contacts the second conductive layer, is an alloy of the first and second materials.

Original Abstract Submitted

A display panel includes: a base substrate; a light emitting element on the base substrate; a transistor between the base substrate and the light emitting element, and connected with the light emitting element; and a conductive pattern between the base substrate and the light emitting element. The conductive pattern includes: a first conductive layer including a first material; a second conductive layer on the first conductive layer, and including a second material different from the first material; a blocking layer between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer, and including a third material different from the first material; and an intermediate layer between the blocking layer and the second conductive layer, and contacting the second conductive layer. The intermediate layer includes an alloy of the first material and the second material.
