INK JET SYSTEM - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18444357 titled 'INK JET SYSTEM

Simplified Explanation: The patent application describes an ink jet system with two subsystems, each including a recording apparatus and a processing apparatus, connected to servers for data processing.

  • The system has a first subsystem with a recording apparatus equipped with a head unit that ejects ink and a processing apparatus that controls the recording operation.
  • A second subsystem mirrors the first, with its own recording and processing apparatus.
  • Both subsystems are connected to a first server, which in turn is connected to a second server for data exchange.

Key Features and Innovation:

  • Dual subsystems with recording and processing apparatus for ink jet printing.
  • Connection to servers for data processing and control.
  • Redundancy and backup capabilities for continuous printing operations.

Potential Applications: The technology can be used in commercial printing, packaging, labeling, and other industries requiring high-speed and high-quality printing.

Problems Solved: The system addresses the need for efficient and reliable ink jet printing operations, ensuring continuous production without interruptions.

Benefits:

  • Improved printing efficiency and quality.
  • Redundancy for uninterrupted printing operations.
  • Enhanced data processing capabilities for optimized printing tasks.

Commercial Applications: The ink jet system can be utilized in commercial printing facilities, packaging companies, labeling industries, and any other businesses requiring high-speed and high-quality printing operations.

Questions about Ink Jet System: 1. How does the ink jet system ensure continuous printing operations? 2. What are the key advantages of using dual subsystems in the ink jet system?

Frequently Updated Research: Stay updated on advancements in ink jet printing technology, data processing algorithms for printing tasks, and innovations in server connectivity for printing systems.

Original Abstract Submitted

An ink jet system includes: a first subsystem including at least a first recording apparatus and a first processing apparatus, the first recording apparatus being equipped with a first head unit that ejects ink and being configured to execute a recording operation on a recording medium, the first processing apparatus performing data processing for causing the first recording apparatus to execute the recording operation; a second subsystem including at least a second recording apparatus and a second processing apparatus, the second recording apparatus being equipped with a second head unit that ejects ink and being configured to execute a recording operation on a recording medium, the second processing apparatus performing data processing for causing the second recording apparatus to execute the recording operation; a first server connected to both the first subsystem and the second subsystem; and a second server connected to the first server.
