INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, AND RECORDING MEDIUM - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18423835 titled 'INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

Simplified Explanation

The information processing method described in the abstract involves acquiring initial information, conducting simulations, calculating indicators, and retrieving optimal solutions for items under certain conditions.

  • Acquiring first information indicating initial values of items
  • Executing a simulation to identify information on potential accidents involving mobile bodies and individuals in the vicinity
  • Calculating indicators of service usability and economic performance based on the initial information
  • Calculating potential damage in case of an accident based on the simulation results
  • Retrieving an optimal solution for the items under predetermined conditions

Original Abstract Submitted

An information processing method according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: acquiring first information indicating an initial value of one or more items; executing a first simulation using the first information to identify second information including information indicating a first location where an accident involving the one or more mobile bodies can occur and information regarding a mobile body and a person present in surroundings of the first location; calculating, based on the first information, third information that is an indicator of usability of the service and fourth information that is an indicator of economic performance of the service; calculating, based on the second information, fifth information indicating an amount of damage caused in case of the accident; and retrieving, using the third information, the fourth information, and the fifth information, an optimal solution for the one or more items under a predetermined condition.
