A head-mounted electronic device configured to convert a screen of an electronic device into an extended reality and the electronic device connected thereto are disclosed. The electronic device includes a processor further configured to convert objects into a plurality of virtual objects to display the objects in a visual image output by a display of the head-mounted electronic device. The electronic device includes the processor further configured to verify information on a theme corresponding to a color of an execution screen of an application and information on the visual image output by the display of the head-mounted electronic device. The electronic device includes the processor further configured to control at least one of a brightness and a saturation of the virtual objects based on at least one of the information on the theme and the information on the visual image.
