COMMUNICATION DEVICES AND METHODS - A simplified explanation of the abstract
This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18286557 titled 'COMMUNICATION DEVICES AND METHODS
Simplified Explanation: The patent application describes a communication device that can exchange data with another device during a scheduled interval, with the ability to release the remaining time in the interval for use by a different device.
Key Features and Innovation:
- The first communication device can communicate with a third device during a scheduled interval.
- Data exchange between the first and third device is planned during this interval.
- The first device can release the remaining time in the interval for use by a second device.
- The second device is considered a secondary user of the interval.
Potential Applications: This technology could be used in various communication systems where multiple devices need to share scheduled time intervals for data exchange.
Problems Solved: This technology solves the problem of efficiently managing and sharing scheduled communication intervals between multiple devices.
Benefits:
- Improved utilization of scheduled communication intervals.
- Enhanced coordination between multiple devices for data exchange.
- Optimal use of time resources in communication systems.
Commercial Applications: Potential commercial applications include telecommunications systems, IoT networks, and any other systems where multiple devices need to share scheduled communication intervals efficiently.
Prior Art: Readers can explore prior patents related to communication scheduling systems to understand the evolution of this technology.
Frequently Updated Research: Stay updated on the latest research in communication scheduling systems to leverage advancements in this field.
Questions about Communication Scheduling Systems: 1. What are the key challenges in coordinating data exchange between multiple devices in a scheduled interval? 2. How does the release indication mechanism in this technology benefit overall communication efficiency?
Original Abstract Submitted
A first communication device is configured to communicate with a third communication device, the first communication device comprising circuitry configured to perform data exchange with the third communication device during a first portion of a scheduling interval, wherein data exchange between the first and the third communication device is planned during the scheduling interval, the first communication device being a primary user of the scheduling interval: and transmit a release indication indicating that the remaining portion of the scheduling interval is released for use by a second communication device, the second communication device being a secondary user of the scheduling interval.
