A NON-COMBUSTIBLE AEROSOL PROVISION DEVICE - A simplified explanation of the abstract
This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18262947 titled 'A NON-COMBUSTIBLE AEROSOL PROVISION DEVICE
The abstract describes a non-combustible aerosol provision device for generating aerosol from a consumable material. The device includes a chamber with an adjustable inlet width and length, as well as a mechanism for configuring the chamber in different settings.
- The device allows for adjustable width and length of the inlet, providing flexibility in aerosol generation.
- The chamber can be configured in multiple settings, each with different inlet dimensions, allowing for customization of aerosol output.
- By adjusting the chamber settings, users can control the characteristics of the aerosol produced from the consumable material.
- The device offers a non-combustible method of generating aerosol, enhancing safety and reducing potential health risks associated with traditional combustion methods.
- The adjustable features of the device make it versatile and suitable for a variety of applications requiring aerosol generation.
Potential Applications: - Personal care products - Pharmaceutical inhalers - Flavor and fragrance delivery systems
Problems Solved: - Safety concerns related to combustible aerosol generation - Lack of customization options in aerosol provision devices
Benefits: - Enhanced safety - Customizable aerosol output - Versatile applications
Commercial Applications: Title: Non-Combustible Aerosol Provision Device for Various Industries This technology can be utilized in personal care, pharmaceutical, and flavor industries for safe and customizable aerosol generation, catering to a wide range of applications.
Questions about the technology: 1. How does the adjustable chamber settings impact the aerosol output? 2. What are the key advantages of using a non-combustible aerosol provision device?
Original Abstract Submitted
A non-combustible aerosol provision device () for generating aerosol from a consumable comprising aerosol-generating material is disclosed. The device () comprises a chamber () for receiving a consumable, the chamber () having an inlet () and a length, wherein the width of the inlet () and the length of the chamber are adjustable. The device further comprises a mechanism for configuring the chamber () in at least a first configuration and a second configuration, wherein, when the chamber () is in the first configuration the width of the inlet () is a first width and the length of the chamber () is a first length, and when the chamber () is in the second configuration the width of the inlet () is a second width that is different from the first width and the length of the chamber () is a second length that is different from the first length.
