Disclosed is a display device and a driving method thereof, and a mobile terminal. The display device includes a display panel on which a plurality of data lines, a plurality of gate lines, and a plurality of pixels to which a pixel driving voltage is supplied are disposed, a display panel driving circuit configured to scan the plurality of pixels and write pixel data to the plurality of pixels during a refresh frame period of a refresh frame; and a power circuit configured to output a pixel driving voltage and decrease the pixel driving voltage in a skip frame period of a skip frame in which scanning of the plurality of pixels is skipped.
