Original Abstract Submitted

Disclosed are a display panel and a display device, including a first transistor and a second transistor electrically connected to each other, wherein the first transistor includes a first active portion made of a low-temperature polysilicon material, and the second transistor comprises a second active portion made of a metal oxide material and a second gate. The display panel further includes a base, the first active portion disposed on the base, the second active portion disposed on a side of the first active portion away from the base, and the second gate located on a side of the second active portion away from the first active portion. An orthographic projection of the second active portion on the base at least partially overlaps an orthographic projection of the first active portion on the base. The present disclosure can improve the space utilization and resolution of display panel.
