METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR OPERATING IN-VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER - A simplified explanation of the abstract
This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18187234 titled 'METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR OPERATING IN-VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER
Simplified Explanation
The abstract describes a method for operating an air conditioner in a vehicle using a mobile terminal. The method involves receiving an operation instruction from the mobile terminal and operating the air conditioner accordingly. Additionally, a notification related to the air conditioner's operation is continuously displayed on the mobile terminal's screen, even when the terminal is located outside the vehicle.
- The method allows the air conditioner in a vehicle to be controlled remotely using a mobile terminal.
- The air conditioner operates based on instructions received from the mobile terminal.
- A notification related to the air conditioner's operation is displayed on the mobile terminal's screen.
- The notification remains visible on the screen even when the mobile terminal is outside the vehicle.
Potential Applications
This technology can be applied in various scenarios, including:
- Remote control of the vehicle's air conditioner using a mobile terminal.
- Monitoring and adjusting the air conditioner's settings from a distance.
- Providing real-time feedback and updates on the air conditioner's operation.
Problems Solved
This technology addresses several challenges, such as:
- Inconvenience of manually operating the air conditioner within the vehicle.
- Limited control options when the operator is not physically present in the vehicle.
- Lack of visibility into the air conditioner's status and operation when away from the vehicle.
Benefits
The benefits of this technology include:
- Enhanced convenience and comfort for the vehicle operator.
- Increased control and flexibility in managing the air conditioner's operation.
- Real-time monitoring and notifications for improved efficiency and energy management.
Original Abstract Submitted
A method for operating an air conditioner installed in a vehicle is provided. The method includes a step of operating the air conditioner according to an operation instruction for the air conditioner when the operation instruction is received from a mobile terminal of an operator of the vehicle, and a step of displaying a notification related to an operation of the air conditioner on a screen of the mobile terminal while the air conditioner is operated according to the operation instruction, the step being a step in which the notification related to the operation of the air conditioner is continuously displayed on the screen without being deleted by a predetermined operation of the mobile terminal by the operator when the mobile terminal is located outside the vehicle.
