A system including a computer with at least one processing device and at least one memory device, wherein the computer executes computer-readable instructions, and a network operatively connecting the computer to at least one user device. Upon execution of the computer-readable instructions, the at least one processing device is configured to: transmit, via the network, at least one electronic communication to the at least one user device, the electronic communication including a user selectable mechanism for requesting direct communication; display the at least one electronic communication on the at least one user device; and initiate at least one direct communication from at least one agent when the user selectable mechanism is selected.
