The housing is provided with a panel. The transmit coil is disposed in the housing, and is located on a side of the panel. The housing is configured to place an electronic device to be charged, and the electronic device is at a distance from the panel. The housing is provided with an air vent located under the panel. The heat dissipation assembly includes a semiconductor refrigeration chip and a fan. The semiconductor refrigeration chip includes a cold end and a hot end. The hot end is disposed on the housing. The fan is disposed on the housing, and air blown by the fan passes through the cold end and is blown out from the air vent.
