The cathode layer covers a display area of the display panel, and extends to a border area of the display panel. A part of the first electrode layer is located in the display area of the display panel, and is connected in parallel to a part that is of the cathode layer and that is in the display area, and a part of the first electrode layer is located in the border area of the display panel, and is connected in parallel to a part that is of the cathode layer and that is in the border area.
