LIGHT-EMITTING SUBSTRATE AND DISPLAY DEVICE - A simplified explanation of the abstract
This abstract first appeared for US patent application 17916255 titled 'LIGHT-EMITTING SUBSTRATE AND DISPLAY DEVICE
Simplified Explanation:
The patent application describes a light-emitting substrate, a display device, and an electronic apparatus. The light-emitting substrate includes a base substrate, light-emitting units, and first driving signal line groups. Each light-emitting unit consists of light-emitting sub-units, with the first driving signal line connected to the first electrode terminal of the light-emitting sub-unit. There is a translation distance between light-emitting units in adjacent columns, with the first driving signal line group passing alternately through units in each column.
Key Features and Innovation:
- Light-emitting substrate with base substrate, light-emitting units, and first driving signal line groups.
- Light-emitting units composed of light-emitting sub-units.
- Translation distance between units in adjacent columns.
- First driving signal line group passing alternately through units in each column.
Potential Applications: This technology can be used in various display devices, electronic apparatus, and lighting applications.
Problems Solved: The technology addresses the need for efficient and uniform light emission in display devices and electronic apparatus.
Benefits:
- Improved light emission efficiency.
- Uniform brightness across the display.

Prior Art: Readers can explore prior art related to this technology in the field of display technology, OLEDs, and electronic substrates.
Frequently Updated Research: Researchers are continually exploring advancements in light-emitting substrates, display technology, and electronic apparatus design.
Questions about Light-Emitting Substrates: 1. What are the key components of a light-emitting substrate? 2. How does the translation distance between light-emitting units impact display performance?
Original Abstract Submitted
A light-emitting substrate, a display device, and an electronic apparatus are provided. The light-emitting substrate includes a base substrate, light-emitting units, and first driving signal line groups; the light-emitting unit includes light-emitting sub-units; the first driving signal line is configured to be connected to the first electrode terminal of the light-emitting sub-unit; a translation distance in the column direction is provided between a k-th light-emitting unit in the N-th column and a k-th light-emitting unit in the (N+1)-th column, and the translation distance is smaller than a spacing between two adjacent light-emitting units in a same column in the column direction; the first driving signal line group is between the N-th column of light-emitting units and the (N+1)-th column of light-emitting units and alternately passes through light-emitting units in the N-th column and the (N+1)-th column; and each light-emitting unit is passed by two adjacent first driving signal line groups.
