Provided are a display substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display apparatus. The display substrate comprises a pixel region, a plurality of sub-pixels, a plurality of first power lines and a fan-out region. An included angle between a second direction and a first direction ranges from 80° to 100°. At least some of the first power lines extend in the first direction. An outer side of the pixel region is provided with a first side and a second side, which are arranged in the first direction. The fanout region is located on the first side.
