The driving apparatus includes an integrated circuit chip; an input wiring pattern connected to the integrated circuit chip, and configured to be connected to a circuit board; and an output wiring pattern including a plurality of output wires connected to the integrated circuit chip, and configured to be connected to a display panel. The plurality of output wires are arranged in a first bonding region, at least two output wires of the plurality of output wires have different average line widths.
