COMPRESSOR - A simplified explanation of the abstract
This abstract first appeared for US patent application 17793263 titled 'COMPRESSOR
Simplified Explanation
The abstract describes a compressor that compresses and discharges a refrigerant. The compressor includes a cylinder, a piston, an intake valve, a fixing member, a rod, elastic members, and a spacer.
- The compressor has a cylindrical cylinder that forms a compressed space for the refrigerant.
- A piston is present in the cylinder and can move back and forth.
- An intake valve is located at the front of the piston.
- A fixing member is positioned outside the piston.
- A rod extends axially from one end of the intake valve.
- A first elastic member connects the fixing member to the other side of the rod.
- A second elastic member is placed behind the first elastic member and connects to the fixing member and the other side of the rod.
- A first spacer is inserted and injected with the first and second elastic members.

Original Abstract Submitted
A compressor is provided. The compressor compressing and discharging a refrigerant sucked into a cylinder comprises the cylinder configured to form a compressed space of the refrigerant and having a cylindrical shape; a piston configured to reciprocate axially in the cylinder and having a cylindrical shape; an intake valve disposed at a front of the piston; a fixing member disposed outside the piston; a rod comprising one end disposed at the intake valve and configured to extend axially; a first elastic member connected to the fixing member and other side of the rod; a second elastic member disposed to be spaced apart from a rear of the first elastic member and connected to the fixing member and the other side of the rod; and a first spacer insert-injected with the first elastic member and the second elastic member.
