a platform may generate a plurality of smart contracts corresponding to a hierarchical structure, each of the plurality of smart contracts being configured for on-chain association between various organizations. the platform may define, for each of the plurality of smart contracts, one or more triggering events for deployment via a blockchain protocol, and one or more parameters for minting one or more soul bound tokens (“sbts”). each sbt may be associated with one of the following: a job hiring, a review, or another business project. the platform may, responsive to receiving an indication that the one or more triggering events have occurred, identify a recipient blockchain address associated with the one or more triggering events, and deploy one or more of the plurality of smart contracts onto the recipient blockchain address corresponding to a user associated with the one or more triggering events.
