a battery pack includes: a sub-holder assembly including adjacent first and second sub-holders, accommodating a plurality of battery cells, and including side portions extending in different first and second directions; first inner and outer plates at an inner position and an outer position of the sub-holder assembly, respectively, and extending in the first direction with the first sub-holder therebetween; a cooling plate below the first and second sub-holders in a third direction; and a fastening member. the first inner and outer plates include: an upper locking protrusion and a lower locking protrusion protruding toward an upper surface and a lower surface of the first sub-holder, respectively, in the third direction; and a nut member arranged together with the lower locking protrusion in the first direction. the fastening member sequentially passes through the cooling plate and the nut member and accommodated in a lower portion of the first sub-holder.
