this application discloses a vehicle control method, apparatus, and system, and relates to the field of autonomous driving technologies. the method includes: obtaining a topological relationship of a road junction, where the topological relationship indicates a road associated with the road junction; determining a passing sequence position of a target vehicle at the road junction based on attribute information of the road junction, status information of the target vehicle, and the topological relationship, where the target vehicle is located on an upstream road of the road junction; and indicating, based on the passing sequence position, passing of the target vehicle at the road junction. according to the method, passage sequencing of vehicles at a road junction is performed, to help reduce conflicts between the vehicles and improve passing efficiency of the vehicles.
