the embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and an internet of things system for determining a smart gas work order set allocation plan. the method includes: obtaining relevant data of the gas device, and uploading the relevant data to a smart gas management platform; extracting work order features of a work order to be assigned based on the relevant data of the gas device; determining a plurality of cluster sets based on a cluster distance between the work order features; determining at least one linked work order set based on the plurality of cluster sets; extracting set features of the linked work order set; determining an assignment scheme of the linked work order set based on the set features; determining an optimal scheme, determining a linkage processing scheme based on the optimal scheme; sending the assignment scheme and the linkage processing scheme to a smart gas service platform.
