Speaker - A simplified explanation of the abstract

This abstract first appeared for US patent application 20240284116 titled 'Speaker

The present invention is a speaker with two diaphragms that can be driven separately to achieve sensitivity superposition.

  • First frame and second frame form a receiving room.
  • First vibration system includes a first diaphragm and a first voice coil.
  • Second vibration system includes a second diaphragm and a second voice coil.
  • Magnetic circuit system is included.
  • Winding planes of voice coils are parallel to vibration direction of diaphragms.
  • Speaker is narrower in size with synchronized upper and lower amplitudes.
  • Functions are diverse and can be driven separately for sensitivity superposition.

Potential Applications: - High-quality audio systems - Home entertainment systems - Automotive sound systems

Problems Solved: - Achieving synchronized amplitudes - Enhancing sensitivity in audio output

Benefits: - Improved audio quality - Compact design - Versatile functionality

Commercial Applications: Title: Advanced Speaker Technology for Enhanced Audio Systems This technology can be used in high-end audio equipment, car audio systems, and home theater setups to provide superior sound quality and performance.

Prior Art: Prior art related to this technology may include patents or research on dual diaphragm speaker systems, voice coil design, and magnetic circuit systems in speakers.

Frequently Updated Research: Researchers may be exploring ways to further optimize the synchronization of amplitudes in dual diaphragm speaker systems, improve voice coil efficiency, and enhance magnetic circuit designs for better audio performance.

Questions about Speaker Technology: 1. How does the synchronization of amplitudes in dual diaphragm speakers impact audio quality?

  - Synchronized amplitudes help in achieving a balanced sound output across frequencies, resulting in improved audio fidelity.

2. What are the key factors influencing the sensitivity superposition effect in this speaker technology?

  - The separate driving of two diaphragms allows for enhanced sensitivity by combining the outputs of both systems.

Original Abstract Submitted

the present invention provides a speaker including a first frame, a second frame forming a receiving room with the first frame, a first vibration system, a second vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. the first vibration system includes a first diaphragm and a first voice coil. the second vibration system includes a second diaphragm and a second voice coil. winding planes of the first voice coil and the second voice coil are parallel to a vibration direction of the first diaphragm. taking a center point of the speaker as the center, a structure of the first voice coil is centrosymmetric with the structure of the second voice coil. the speaker of the present invention is narrower in size, the upper and lower amplitudes are synchronized, and the functions are diverse. the two diaphragms can be driven separately to achieve the effect of sensitivity superposition.
