The insulator includes a first main surface, a second main surface facing the first main surface, and a first side surface, a second side surface, a third side surface, and a fourth side surface connecting the first main surface and the second main surface to each other. A first outer electrode includes a first electrode provided along the first main surface and a second electrode provided along the first side surface. The electronic component further includes an internal conductor provided in the insulator and electrically connecting the first electrode and the second electrode.
