The insulating material contains a base material made of an amorphous material containing B, Si, and O and contains a crystalline filler. The base has a high-concentration-phosphorus-containing portion at a position along the coil, and a concentration of P in the base material in the high-concentration-phosphorus-containing portion is higher than a concentration of P in the base material in a central portion of the base.
