The display device further includes an organic material shorting portion positioned in the non-display region. Further, the organic material shorting portion includes an undercut pattern, an organic pattern positioned on the undercut pattern and being larger in width than the undercut pattern, and an inorganic pattern positioned between the undercut pattern and the organic pattern and being smaller in width than the undercut pattern.
