FULL DUPLEX SIDELINK FEEDBACK TRANSMISSIONS AND RECEPTIONS - A simplified explanation of the abstract
This abstract first appeared for US patent application 18262464 titled 'FULL DUPLEX SIDELINK FEEDBACK TRANSMISSIONS AND RECEPTIONS
Simplified Explanation
The patent application describes methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications, specifically focusing on sidelink feedback messages transmission and reception by user equipment (UE).
- User equipment (UE) identifies a first set of sidelink feedback messages to transmit and a second set to receive.
- The UE schedules the transmission of the first set of sidelink feedback messages concurrently with the reception of the second set.
- The UE selects subsets of feedback messages to transmit and receive based on priority levels and frequency domain resources.
Potential Applications
- Enhancing wireless communication efficiency.
- Improving coordination between devices in a network.
Problems Solved
- Efficient management of sidelink feedback messages.
- Optimizing resource allocation for communication.
Benefits
- Increased reliability of wireless communication.
- Better utilization of frequency domain resources.
- Enhanced overall network performance.
Original Abstract Submitted
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a first set of sidelink feedback messages to transmit and a second set of sidelink feedback messages to receive, the first set of sidelink feedback messages scheduled to be transmitted concurrently with the second set of sidelink feedback messages. The UE may select a first subset of sidelink feedback messages from the first set of sidelink feedback messages to transmit and a second subset of sidelink feedback messages from the second set of sidelink feedback messages to receive based at least in part on a priority level associated with each sidelink feedback message and a first set of frequency domain resources for the first subset of sidelink feedback messages and a second set of frequency domain resources for the second subset of sidelink feedback messages.
